Wellness13 is here to guide you in creating your own healthy lifestyle that is designed specifically for you. I offer group or 1:1 health coaching programs, yoga classes, and wellness workshops that will provide you with all the tools you need to make wellness work for YOU!

My coaching programs are designed with the beginner in mind providing you with the building blocks you will need to take control of your health. I will teach you how to create healthy habits which include the areas of nutrition education, fitness and overall well-being.

My Yoga Fundamentals class was created for the beginner and newbie. I believe yoga should be open and accessible to everyone who would like to try and I want you to feel comfortable in my class. I combine beginner poses and breathwork as you learn to connect with your body.
