Curriculum Development

Social emotional learning is at the forefront of what we do and I combine it with mindfulness and trauma informed practices for a more rounded curriculum that is culturally responsive to the needs of the children you serve.

Each agency and program is different as are the participants, so we work together to create a program where youth have a safe space to express who they are.


Wellness Workshops

It can be hard to know where to begin when developing healthy habits.

I’ve created 90 minute workshops that are designed to provide education and activities that support a healthy mindset.

Once there is an understanding of wellness, we can see how beneficial it is in working with youth. 


Yoga/Meditation Classes

Yoga and Mindfulness are powerful tools children can use when feeling overwhelmed or learning how to navigate their emotions.

The kids and teen yoga classes I have created allow students the opportunity to connect with their breath and their body as they learn to take care of themselves and thrive in your program. It’s also a great team building activity.

I offer 6, 10, or 13 week class packages that can be customized to fit the needs of your program.

Employees are more productive when they are able to to manage their stress and practice self-care. Group yoga and meditation classes allow them the time needed to slow down, connect with their breath and stay in  the present moment. They leave class feeling relaxed, able to focus, and better equipped to tackle their daily tasks. It can also be a great team building activity.
